Who is John
Robenault?
My Background:
I have lived in the Marquette area since 1992. My wife Dorothy and I
have two children and live on a small hobby farm.
I served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne where I earned the
rank of Sergeant.
I have a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice.
I have served as an ordained minister since 1992 at a variety of
churches. I am currently a pastor at a local church in Marquette.
I’ve been selling real estate as a licensed realtor since 2004.
My Philosophy on Real Estate:
Most people would agree that buying or selling a home can be very
stressful. After all, it is probably the largest purchase or sale
you will ever make. Also, there are many aspects involved in a
property transaction that can be intimidating and overwhelming such
as: disclosure forms, property appraisals, home inspections and
working with a title company.
I want to help simplify the process. I will walk you through it step
by step and protect your interests. I truly enjoy helping people buy
and/or sell their home.
I can assure you that I will do everything possible to complete any
task I am responsible for. Perhaps the greatest lesson I’ve ever
learned in life is that “the best excuse is no excuse.” Benjamin
Franklin once said, “People who are good at making excuses are
rarely good at anything else.” I would agree and try very hard to
live up to that principle.
